In remembrance of all those who protected this country and are no longer with us. Also today remember the families who have lost one of our great soldiers.
Do something everyday to help yourself progress, even if it seems risky. Don't forget that taking risks is what got you where you are today. And taking risks is the only way to get where you want to be. If we were meant to live without risk then we wouldn't dream of something better. Follow your dreams...take the risk...progress.
Don't fall into the habit of quitting. Just because something didn't work the way you wanted, doesn't mean you have failed. Take a step back, remember the big picture, and then try again. Don't give up. Don't quit. You've got this.
Dreams give us a picture of the future we want. Believing in those dreams gives us the motivation to act. When we act on our dreams we create the future we want.
To choose hope can be something small, like finding joy in seeing a rainbow. It can also be a big choice, like finding the opportunity in losing a job. I have heard people talk about hope as a choice, and I've heard people say that hope is never a choice but reserved for those deserve it. I have also heard people say the same things on both sides of the fence about money, success and positive thoughts. In my experience, I have found that hope can be found where hope is openly received. The same can be said of money, success and positivity, at least in my personal experiences. To me it's not so much about choosing these things, but being open to receiving them.
Happy Friday. The end of what I hope was a good week for everyone. I apologize for not having a picture with todays blog. I am on a trip and technology is not working with me this morning. So after taking a few deep breaths, I am typing this quick before my day starts. HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!
Dreams...we all have them. No matter what your dreams are, go for them. Don't limit your dreams for any one...not even yourself.
We would like to send a big thank you to Hearts and Hands for stocking Taffinity's products. Today is the grand opening of Hearts and Hands in Hope, which is a non-profit organization that offers local handmade products. We will also be there today to help celebrate the grand opening. If you are in or around the Hope area today, stop by and have a look around. We'll see you there.
Being the strongest or the smartest are highly praised in many circles of society. Don't get me wrong being strong or smart are both great, but history has shown us many times that survival goes to those who can adapt and change. We must develop the ability to objectively look at our situation, pinpoint what is not going right and have the courage to change it. Whether we need to remove something or someone or even if we have to change ourselves. Most people think the phrase "survival of the fittest" refers to physical fitness, however when we look to history the "fittest" hasn't always been the strongest. If it had been the strongest, we would see dinosaurs walking around. Embrace change.
We all need a little motivation in our lives. I'm sure there are others who also need a cup of motivation from time to time.
